No minimum purchase required.

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and product type.

Standard Free Shipping: 3–5 business days or up to 10 business days
Expedited shipping: Available at additional cost at checkout (optional)
Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Email and/or SMS updates
Tracking typically activates within a few hours after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Signature Confirmation
- New phones valued over $800.00 require signature on delivery for security.
- Refurbished phones: signature is optional and can be added at checkout for an additional fee.
Packaging Standards
- New phones ship in sealed manufacturer or OEM packaging.
- Refurbished phones ship in secure, protective boxes with appropriate padding and included accessories listed on the product page.
Shipping Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Contact us within 3 business days
- We will open a carrier investigation
- Replacement or refund may depend on the carrier’s findings
